I conduct qualitative research to examine the experiences of neurodiverse students in both undergraduate and graduate STEM programs. From 2020-2025 I served as Program Manager for Include, an NSF-funded initiative transforming UConn’s School of Civil & Environmental Engineering to foster an inclusive environment that embraces neurodiversity. In this role, I leverage my creativity, commitment to excellence, adaptability, and collaborative skills to coordinate complex projects and develop sustainable programs that increase the participation and visibility of neurodiverse students.
