The Academic Achievement Center provides holistic academic support to students in order to help them achieve the grades they want. To do this, we specialize in four different areas. Please read the boxes below to figure out which option is right for you!

Center for Students with Disabilities
Through the integration of teaching, research, and service, it is the mission of the University of Connecticut to provide an outstanding educational experience for each student. The mission of the Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD) is to enhance this experience for students with disabilities. Our goal is to ensure a comprehensively accessible University experience where individuals with disabilities have the same access to programs, opportunities and activities as all others. The Center is also committed to promoting access and awareness as a resource to all members of the community.
Dean of Students
Our mission is to provide a place where students come to work with staff to identify possible solutions to challenges they face as they navigate campus life. We provide support without judgment and recognize that every student's experience is unique.
Library
The UConn Library is a vibrant organization, committed to connecting with our community of scholars and researchers. Our staff is the foundation from which we build and achieve our goals and we are committed to supporting each other in the work we do. We celebrate leadership, initiative, kindness, and creativity across all levels of the Library.
Q Center Tutoring
The University of Connecticut's Quantitative Learning Center (Q Center) is a resource to elevate the proficiency of students taking quantitative intensive (Q) courses across the undergraduate curriculum.
Writing Center
The Writing Center is a welcoming space where students and tutors collaborate on writing projects. We believe all students are writers, and we invite them to bring in any type of writing—academic, civic, personal, and multimedia texts—at any stage in the composing process.

The Center for Neurodiversity & Employment Innovation (CNDEI) connects neurodiverse students with employers seeking neurodiverse talent.
Food
Dining Services
An award-winning department, Dining Services plays a vital role on the UConn Storrs campus. We serve more than 185,000 meals per week in our eight board plan dining units, as well as offering excellent food and service throughout campus in our seven coffee shops, Union Street Market Food Court, two restaurants, four Grab & Go’s, two ice cream shops, one food truck and one ice cream truck, and two bakeries, one strictly gluten free.
Finances
Bursar
The UConn Office of the Bursar is responsible for collecting and analyzing all student charges and fees, which includes tuition and student unions and health and dental insurance.
Financial Aid
Our mission is to support the academic and professional goals of students, faculty, and staff through the delivery of the highest level of customer service in the areas of admissions; financial aid; registration; student health; billing; and academic policies, procedures, and requirements.
Registrar’s Office
The Office of the Registrar at UConn Health is the steward of student records from the point of matriculation to the conferral of the degree. It offers a wide range of services to faculty, students, and members of the administration in the areas of academic records, student status, registration, course enrollment, and publications.
Health
Diversability
Diversability represents a group of students who seek to create spaces to discuss ability, disability, access, and inclusion. Its members intend to provide support to each other, including sharing their lived experiences with disability in college, including the personal aspects of having a disability, and also recognizing disability as an important part of diversity.
Late Night Student Activities
Friday & Saturday nights from 9pm – 1am in the Student Union! Late Night is ALWAYS free and is a fun and exciting way to spend the end of your week. Each weekend has a theme, and there are always interactive activities, food, giveaways, and prizes. Late Night aims to provide a new experience at the Student Union every weekend, so join in on the fun!
Psychological Services Clinic
The Psychological Services Clinic offers an array of mental health services to adults, teens, children, and families in eastern Connecticut. The Clinic is operated by the University of Connecticut as a training clinic for graduate students in Clinical Psychology. Services are provided by graduate students under the supervision of licensed clinical psychologists and faculty members in the department of Psychology. All contact with the Clinic is completely confidential in accordance with Connecticut state law.
Recreation Center
UConn's dynamic 191,000 square foot Student Recreation Center was built with program input from students, staff and the Student Advisory Committee. The new Student Recreation Center conforms to Connecticut High Performance Building Code regulations and is registered as a LEED GOLD project. Located in the epicenter of campus at 2060 Hillside Road, the Recreation Center is steps away from the South Parking Garage, UConn Bookstore, Gampel Pavilion, and Homer Babbidge Library.

Transportation
Accessible Van Services
The Accessible Van Service is a free service available to students, faculty, staff and the general public. The service provides safe and timely campus and local transportation. Our accessible vans are equipped with wheelchair ramps, ensuring that all passengers get to their classes, jobs, residences, and activities safely and efficiently.
